THE DVV LLC / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy, plainly.

This notice describes how the current website handles information. Updated August 31, 2026.

Project inquiries

When you choose Send, your name, email address, service selection, and message are sent to the DVV mailer API hosted on AWS and submitted to Amazon SES for email delivery to David Verdugo. A success message appears only after the API acknowledges email acceptance. It does not guarantee inbox delivery. Until the API URL is configured, the form reports that sending is unavailable.

Show information

When you send the Troublemakers form, your show details, contact information, check payee, arrival time, stage notes, and recording choices are sent to David. A diagram you select is uploaded with the form and attached to the email. Files are limited to PDF, PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 2 MB. This API does not publish diagrams or store them in an upload bucket; they are processed in memory and retained with the email. Sending does not confirm a booking or process a payment.

Payments

The payment page sends your name, email address, invoice number, payment amount, optional notes, and a random submission reference to the DVV mailer API. PayPal receives and processes the payment; DVV does not receive or store your card number or PayPal password. The API verifies the completed PayPal amount and transaction before confirming success, then emails a receipt to you and a payment notice to David. Payment records used for capture verification and duplicate prevention may remain in DynamoDB for approximately 90 days, subject to AWS cleanup timing. PayPal and email providers retain information under their own policies.

Refunds and payment corrections

Payments on this page are applied to existing invoices. For a mistaken amount, duplicate payment, refund request, or another payment question, email david@d-v-v.com. Refunds and corrections are handled according to the applicable invoice or service agreement and applicable law.

Site resources

Fonts, photographs, audio, and scripts are served with this site. This version does not include advertising trackers or site analytics. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the site. The API uses short-lived submission identifiers, payload hashes, and hashed IP-based rate counters to prevent duplicate email and abuse. These records expire after about 24 hours or less, subject to AWS cleanup delays. Request bodies and file contents are not included in API execution logs.

Information you choose to share

Submitted information and diagrams are used to respond to your inquiry and plan your show. Delivered emails may remain in the recipient’s mailbox and backups. Forms keep unsent entries in page memory, not browser storage; reloading can clear them. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

Questions

For questions about information you have shared with David Verdugo, email david@d-v-v.com, including for access or deletion requests.
